Q: How do I place an order?

A: Orders may be placed by calling us at 954-792-6522 world wide or inside the United States at 1-800-659-5743. You may also contact us via email at sales@hmbendoscopy.com or via fax at 954-792-6535.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: Payments may be made upon placement of order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or electronic wire tranfer of funds. Please call us directly for our wire transfer information. Payment may also be made by cash or certified funds upon receipt of merchandise. Credit terms will be determined only upon completion of an approved credit application. Initial orders are prepaid or C.O.D. only.

Q: How is shipping handled?

A: We can ship anywhere in the World. Our products and repairs are shipped via UPS or Federal Express unless otherwise specified. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges including duties and taxes for international shipments.

Q: Where does the equipment come from?

A: All the pre-owned equipment we sell comes from hospitals, surgery centers or doctor's offices. In most cases the hospitals have purchased newer equipment or have switched from one manufacturer to another. We purchase this older equipment, refurbish it so that it meets the original specifications, guarantee it and then sell it to you at tremendous savings.

Q: Can you repair my defective endoscopy equipment?

A: HMB Endoscopy Products has its own on-site repair facility which is staffed by highly skilled factory trained technicians. We offer complete repair service on fiber and video endoscopes and all endoscopy products. For more detailed information please go to our repair section.

Q: Will you buy or trade my old endoscopy equipment?

A: HMB Endoscopy Products buys, sells, trades and repairs endoscopes and all endoscopy products. We will pay you fair market value for any equipment you wish to sell or trade.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?

A: All instrumentation listed has been refurbished to meet the original manufacturer's specifications and is GUARANTEED against defects in materials and workmanship for up to ONE (1) YEAR. Electronics are guaranteed for 4 months. Repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.

Q: Do you have a returned goods policy?

A: Requests for return of merchandise due to buyer's remorse must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Equipment must be unused and in its original condition. The equipment must be shipped prepaid within one (1) week of receipt of the returned goods authorization from HMB Endoscopy Products. All items for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customized products will only be accepted for return at the discretion of HMB Endoscopy Products.

Q: Do you offer leasing?

A: Yes. We are affiliated with a number of leasing companies that can offer you a variety of leasing programs to suit your own specific requirements. Pay per procedure programs are also available. Please contact us for details.

Q: Do you offer on site installation?

A: On site installation in The United States is available when a complete video system is purchased. On site installation anywhere else in the world can be arranged through our office.

Q: Do you have an upgrade policy?

A: Our goal is to assure you of always making a correct buying decision. Therefore, we offer an Unique Free 90 Day Upgrade Policy. that allows you to return, for full credit, any endoscopy product you have purchased from us and use that credit towards the purchase of another item of equal or greater value. There are no penalty fees or restocking charges associated with this upgrade policy.
